Outsourcing to qualified CRO/CMO’s is a key competency of InSymbiosis’ vCRO model. Our virtual outsourcing model means that our clients can access any and all types of drug development capability via InSymbiosis. In other words, InSymbiosis is a true “one-stop-shop”. Furthermore, InSymbiosis can provide access to multiple choices of vendor for any one given drug development discipline and can remain fully neutral in the selection process. The choice of vendor(s) for a specific project resides ultimately with the client, but through the vendor selection process, InSymbiosis’ experienced team will facilitate the process. InSymbiosis’ model caters for total flexibility in terms of vendor selection.
Vendor selection is always driven by 4 key parameters:

(3) schedule and availability
(4) cost
