About Our Images
In a symbiotic mutualism, the clownfish feeds on small invertebrates that otherwise have potential to harm the sea anemone, and the fecal matter from the clownfish provides nutrients to the sea anemone. The clownfish is additionally protected from predators by the anemone's stinging cells, to which the clownfish is immune. The clownfish and the sea anemone are in-symbiosis together. At InSymbiosis, we are inspired by this classical example of symbiosis which has led to the evolution of our business model that is specifically designed to create symbiotic relationships between the various parties that we bring together. In other words, our clients, InSymbiosis and our vendors work in-symbiosis together.
Janus is the ancient Roman god of beginnings, change and transitions. As a two-faced god, Janus looks to the future and the past. Janus symbolizes progression from past to future and of one vision to another. InSymbiosis relates to the fundamental nature of Janus. We look to the past and to how drug development was done and we also look to the future needs of the drug development industry. This two-directional perspective has allowed us to create a new "future" drug development paradigm and then position ourselves as the vehicle by which the biopharma industry transitions to this new paradigm.
